Quality U Expect Appliance Repair

I posted looking for a Kenmore washer repairman- not a handyman. Spoke to Skip, a very pleasant man, he told me about his business & that he could check the washer, dryer & dishwasher @ same time, suggested prices & showed up promptly just 3 days later. Less than 2 hrs later, the work is complete (by Mike). I completely felt comfortable with Mike here and hovered over him for a little while until I realized he was completely into his fix...a new rubber door boot to stop the leaking. I had him ck the dryer (small quoted fee) & he showed me the frayed drum band; he had the parts & I had him replace it. He definitely knows what he is doing, I had a lot of confidence. Lastly, I had him check my Kitchen Aid dishwasher- just to be spared from a future leak - he said..'it's all good'. I think my entire experience was wonderful, I'm very happy with this company (& I am always skeptical). I think they are very reasonably priced as well. The only problem I had was... I forgot to ask him for some business cards so I can pass it out to my neighbors !!! (by phone they said they'd send me some in the mail). Don't hesitate to contact them. Linda Powers LONGMONT
