They have a lot of negative reviews, and I wish I had respected that. Here we go! The work done by the plumber was good, but their business practices leave a lot to be desired. I was asked if I wanted them to throw away my old toilet and I said sure. No one ever mentioned it would cost $25 for them to do so, and I didn't catch it until days later when inquiring what the misc. fees were for. That is a bit shady IMO. They also charge $25+ travel fee just as an FYI to potential customers. After emailing the company expressing my dissatisfaction about the disposal fee, they did remove it from my bill. I offered to pick up the old toilet, but no one has responded. I also asked for a quote to re-plumb my entire home, sewer and water but after 1 week and multiple emails I still have not heard from anyone. Overall, I was happy with the work, just not happy with the shady stuff nor not receiving a quote as expected. I think the worse part of the experience with this company is their inability to communicate with their customers. In the end, I have never been so frustrated with a company in KF in my life. I would easily have given this company 4 stars, maybe even 5 if they had just communicated with me or exhibited any semblance of respect. My apologies if anyone at the company has passed away though, that has happened before. If you need plumbing work, I highly recommend calling other places and comparing prices as well as ensuring they detail the cost of everything so you don't get caught off guard due to non-existent transparency.
