Working with Seth Cotterman was a top notch experience. Seth is a professional in all senses of the word, responsive, fair, experienced and grounded! PLUS he showed up and followed through on agreements. From the get go, Seth got back to me quickly, gave me a fair estimate, and proceeded in a timely manner. When questions arose, he got back to me almost immediately. I am most pleased his work ethic and with my new window!! I highly recommend his services to you, He is truly a gem.

Seth was recommended to us by a local door and window supplier. We wanted our old deck replaced. Seth responded to our call right away. He got an estimate to us in just a couple of days. He started the project even sooner than we expected. His work is professional, he showed up when he said he would an he always kept the job site clean. He really pays attention to detail. Both Seth and Aaron (and Caleb) did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cotterman Construction! Update: Seth recently rebuilt our front porch and the results are fantastic! Next project is building an addition to our garage. Can't wait!

My wife and I had Seth remodel our bathroom, and he did a great job. A good problem solver, his work quality is really great and he gets a lot accomplished in the time that he has. He also did my neighbors back deck, and they told me he is a really hard worker who got their project done faster than they thought it would take. Overall, my experiences with Cotterman Construction are only positive.
