Allied Asphalt LLC

We paid this contractor a $1,000 deposit to extend our driveway. He took the money and never completed the work. After that communication became inconsistent and stopped altogether. No driveway extension, no refund, no accountability. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Taking a deposit and failing to do the job OR return the money is unprofessional. I would not recommend this person to anyone looking for reliable or honest work. He’s a scammer and untrustworthy man. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Michael Stanley, owner of Allied Paving, has been charged and arrested for fraud, taking a $11,000 deposit from us (driveway is 1100 feet). He callied us twice to apologize, claiming both times that he had been hospitalized. He thanked us for our patience. He never called us again nor answered our phone calls and texts. That was 6 months ago. We have a court date in two weeks - the end of January, 2026. I will post here again if he makes makes thing good.
