I stopped into Pro IT VT to get my iPhone 13 Pro Max repaired after the screen cracked so badly I could barely swipe. The moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and immediately took a look at the phone. They explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost — all clearly and without any pressure. I left the phone with them feeling confident they actually knew what they were doing, and within a surprisingly short time, they let me know it was ready for pickup. When I returned, the phone looked brand-new. The screen was flawless, the touch response felt perfect, and they even cleaned the device before ha... This is a wonderful business to have in Burlington! I stopped in for an iPhone 14 screen replacement. They were very fast, efficient, had reasonable pricing, and discounted a screen protector (if you install on the same day). They made an otherwise stressful and inconvenient task into a pleasant interaction.

I returned from vacation to an error message on my Dell laptop that my hard drive needed to be replaced. As I am not very computer savvy, I decided to take it to Pro It VT rather than send it to Dell. Deo looked at it while I waited and reset the bios. It works great! No need for an expensive replacement part! And he DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING! I am a customer for life.

I came in to buy a screen protector and had an OK experience. Attention to the business owner: Populating your Reviews section with fake reviews written by Google Accounts with only one previous review is a violation of Google Maps' Terms of Service. Only actual customers are permitted to leave reviews here This industry runs on trust, and fake reviews don't exactly inspire confidence. Your customers are smarter than that! Google will remove any reviews that are fraudulent or fake
