Excellent customer service. We initially had some issues with our fireplace shortly after moving in and these guys came right out to fix it. Fast forward a year+ later, started having the same issues and they sent Brandon right out. Any company that will continue to provide service for the products they sell over a year after purchase will always get my future business. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. When I walked into the showroom I felt like I was home. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products. He took time to listen to my wants, answer all of my questions & considered my budget. If you’re looking for a fireplace, AFCS should be the only one on your list.

Should have gotten around to reviewing a long time ago. Can't say enough about these guys. They worked with me on a very non standard install. Answered way too many questions and took the time to help me make an informed decision. When I had an issue with the product, they went above and beyond reaching out to the manufacturer, getting a replacement part, and followed up to make sure everything was good. The unit has performed well above expectations and our electricity bills in the winter are half of what they are in the summer.

Working with Scott was a breeze. Thank you for the open and honest communication about which unit would be best for our space. Installation was quick and easy. Crew was professional and cleaned up prior to their departure. Unit looks great and being part of a new build we can’t wait to use it this winter!
