The service man was on time parenthesis a little bit early) and he did his diagnosis quickly. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was it makes more sense to buy a new refrigerator. And only case, the service man was very helpful and I think he knew what he was doing.
Very quick response time to my needs. Jason came and diagnosed and fixed the cooler on the same day. I had tried the company I got the cooler from and two weeks later, still no help. These guys are great!
Adam arrived at our home, immediately jumped into action and solved our problem with our dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful!! I have been washing dishes by hand the last 3 days and when he fixed our problem on the spot I told him I haven’t been that happy since Christmas morning!! Great company and true professionals!
