The store layout was unique, but the staff give very helpful tours. It seems all their used appliances are tested before they are brought in and given a price tag. There was a mix up with my delivery where I had given the wrong phone number, despite that they were still able to deliver it the same day. The delivery men were kind, friendly, professional, and worked quickly. Thank you very much!
