I am so thankful for Air Alliance’s help when our AC capacitor blew on the hottest day of the year. I received a call back immediately from Joe and was scheduled for the following day. Being a new homeowner can be scary especially with situations like these, but having a solution within hours of our initial inquiry is absolute gold. A special thanks to Ed for coming out and fixing our AC issue. I would happily recommend Air Alliance to anyone!

Our technician, Kyle Ehrhard was wonderful. He came over to do a check on our AC unit and found a problem with the capacitor on the outside unit. Luckily it was caught before the unit stopped working. He was polite, explained everything, went and got the part immediately, returned and fixed it. I will request him the next time service is needed. Great job and thank you.

My air conditioning went out and Ed came out to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough and helpful!! Joe was great with communication and helped me through the process even answering texts after hours which was awesome! The two technicians who put in the new unit were polite, courteous, and hard working, which in my opinion would be extremely touch to do in July heat in Missouri. I am all around very pleased and would highly recommend Air Alliance Team!

Technician came out and was very prompt and courteous. I thought I needed a new $7000 pool heater, but after the technicians review, he said that I only needed a capacitor. The technician had the part on the truck and it was replaced within the hour, and my pool heater was running again. I would definitely recommend these guys. They did an awesome job.
