Mr. Rooter Plumbing of St. Charles

We had a DIY project go wrong late on a Friday afternoon and Mr. Rooter Pluming was the only company out of many we contacted that would come out on a Saturday to provide service. Cost for the repair was reasonable. Michael was very friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

There are quite a few companies that say 24 hour & Emergency service, but they don’t mean holidays too. This company, was willing to show up, when no one else would. The pricing was fair. Nate, was a good plumber, and a genuinely good guy. His boss, not so much. Walked by, and made an insulting comment, about his plumber, to me. I didn’t find it necessary or impressive. Otherwise, I was really happy with the service. They totally saved the day!

I had a leak behind my wall. The tech was there within 2 hours of me calling. I was not expecting this on a Sunday. The tech had to run to the store to get a specialty fitting once inside the wall. He did not transfer this extra time or parts costs to me and kept the original quote. The tech was friendly and worked hard.
