We've been using their service for 2 years now since we moved in. So far they have been very responsive to any issues we have had ad been prompt to take care of them. The service tech is very polite and has offered advice and assistance when asked. Before our house this was a field and I've not seen any ongoing rodents or insects to speak of. Had a minor vole issue that was quickly resolved. Glad we have them.
I have used PestShield since my home was build in 2004. I have loved the service for almost 20 years now. Very responsive on every service and if I see any insects, I simply call and they come out and address any special needs! Love their service professionals.
I've used Pest Shield for about 3 years now. I have very little interaction with them since they service the house from outside, but the product is wonderful. I've always had to spray our house 1 or 2 times a year and will still get bugs. With Pest Shield I think I've only see 2 spiders in the last 3 years. Absolutely would recommend.
