We have used affordable computers several times over the years and have always been pleased with the services provided. In a time where customer service is no longer expected, it is most refreshing to find that it still exists. I highly recommend them for purchases and repairs/service.

I'm more than pleased with every aspect of service I received. They promised to have my computer ready in two days but it was done in one and it works like a brand new one. The technician was very friendly and the price was affordable. I highly recommend this company.

There's good service, great service and somewhere above that is Affordable Computers in Fort Oglethorpe. Today I sent a family member in with two machines, as I am distant from home and could not diagnose them myself. Both Windows machines of different generations (one newer, one from 2016) had issues and would not boot. Both machines were assessed, problems fixed and sent on his way same visit at a cost of less than $30.00. We're not always this lucky, but Affordable Computers has never overcharged for any job. To me, this is crazy (in our favor). Had they charged $75-$100 each to diagnose plus parts I would have been equally thrilled. I've reviewed Affordable Computers before with glowing positive result, as I've done business with the company for years and trust their judgment 100%. But today, wow did they knock customer service way out of the park. Now it's more efficient for me to take machines to Affordable Computers than diagnose and repair them on my own, and it's not even close. Whether buying a new machine or keeping a workstation in great repair, Affordable Computers finds new ways to make us super pleased with every visit. This review was typed on an Affordable Computers custom build PC, which was great when it was built and still great today.

I've been building PCs since '93, but after stepping away from the scene around 2015, I found myself a bit out of touch with the latest trends. That's where these absolute wizards came in, and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! Update 2: An Upgraded Build That Blew My Mind! For my latest rig, I sourced all my parts via PC Part Picker (a $4,000 build in components alone!), dropped everything off with them, and literally within 2-3 days, my dream machine was meticulously assembled. I paid about $2000 for the parts (pre-ordered from various sites) and a mere $120 for their expert labor. The value and precision are simply unparalleled. Seriously, don't try this at home – let the professionals handle it! We were so incredibly impressed that we entrusted them with building four gaming PCs for our kids last Christmas. Two years later, those machines are still running strong, a testament to the quality and care they put into every single build. Update 1: Standing By Their Word – True Customer Care! Now, I believe in full transparency. There was a time, a while back, when a laptop repair didn't go as smoothly as planned. My Lenovo gaming laptop had a keyboard issue, and initially, there were communication hiccups and even a mishap with some screws that led to a punctured screen. It was a frustrating situation at the time. However, this is where the true character of this business shines. The owner and staff immediately stepped in, apologized sincerely, and corrected every single issue and concern. They went above and beyond, even replacing the screen with a better refresh rate monitor. This immediate, proactive resolution solidified my trust and commitment to them. If something does go wrong, they will always, unequivocally, have your back. That kind of integrity is rare and invaluable. The owner is amazing, and the young men who work in this shop are truly exceptional. For anyone needing a new gaming build, complex tech work, or just reliable PC service, these guys are hands down the best in the Chattanooga/North GA/Tri-City area (Chattanooga, Dalton, Cleveland).
