Action Electric, Inc.

I've had Action out to my house a couple times now. These folks are super timely and supremely fair priced, and what I really love is how their techs always take a bit of extra time to explain to me what's going on. As a homeowner I like to learn as much as I can. — Also, I gather that as a company they're really education focused. Sounds like they've got lots of apprentices and journeymen and teachers and they're really invested in training and sending good electricians into the community. That's groovy. (They even north/south their plate screws, for that careful touch.) ....Highly recommend.

Big shout out to Action Electric, Inc. Who had nothing but super cool and very professional people to help me out. They even worked with payment allowing me to be able to pay for the service, and it was done sooo promptly. Brooke was awesome with communicating everything to me and even set up the electric company to turn my power back on after installation and inspection from the city( which they also took care of).She called me today to ensure everything went smooth and my power was restored. Tim was awesome doing the entire service change and even shared his lunch with my dog so she'd let him in( traitor 😂). They showed concern about my food!(asking if I was able to find a way to keep it cool.) Even the technician I spoke to ( Adam?)who couldn't help since this happened on a weekend and supply stores are closed provided enough information, where I had an idea on what to expect and how to go about it. This in turn allowed me to focus on taking care of my kids, my pets and keeping anything from spoiling( minus what I lost lol). Will 100 percent have them help with any electrical needs. Super happy with the end result! P. S I thought my fish died, but he's good. Lol

Worst company ever!!! I do not usually do reviews. We contact this company for some breaker box problems in our home. The tech they sent took apart the entire breaker box and stated that he would need to come back the next day. Left the box all apart and never came back. We have to hire a real electrician to fix their job and the job they said it was was at the pole which the electric company was responsible for. Action stated that they used a part off their truck and charged us 225.00 for that. Never happened!!! When it was all said and done the power company fixed the problem and we hired an electrician to fix Actions mess they left. We did receive one bill. Totally forgot about it with all the problems we were having at the time. They stated they sent many reminders. Well that may be so but they have to make sure they are sending it to the correct person. Totally had our last name wrong. My neighbor is the one that got the bill from the collection agency and brought it to us. No calls nothing from this company. The lady working the front desk is not the kindest person. And to her- in business you need to be kind. That is how you keep customers- you never know what kind of day a person is having so make sure you are kind. I am more then happy to pay the extra 12 dollars to the collection agency just so I do not have to deal with this company ever again. I own many rental properties and this company will never be visiting any of them again. They could not even tell us the part they said that they used off the truck. There are many great electricians in Billings. Not Action!!!
