Mark is the man! My family lives in Bozeman and Bozeman doesn't have an "old clock guy" since Dave retired and Mike passed away. Mark was amazing and helped me fix my clock over the phone. It took a minute (no pun intended), but with his help the grandfather clock from 1908 is ticking again! Next time I'm in Billings I'll definitely be stopping by the store and getting something. Great business ran by a very nice person!

Mark walked me through resetting my grandfather clock after it stopped chiming. He explained it easily so I could understand. His knowledge and skill is amazing. I am very thankful for Back In Time. My clock was made by my father in 1979 and holds a special place in my heart. Thank you Mark!
