Alex was a fantastic technician- very friendly, comfortable with my dogs. He diagnosed our problem very quickly and explained our options. Our part came in very quickly and the day it arrived Alex came to install it as well as checking my other refrigerator
ABV got to us quickly to assess the problems with our 22 year old sub zero. They ordered the parts and coordinated with us to quickly get them installed and the frig fixed. Very pleasant and responsive people. Would gladly recommend.
The service technician, specialist, Dmitriy, did a fantastic job repairing our church’s kitchen exhaust hood fan. He worked diligently on the roof top to get access to repair the exhaust hood fan. Finding a reliable repair company to fix your home ice-machine can be a daunting job but I got so lucky when I called ABV. Their service representative was prompt, polite, and knew right away what the problem was. Manufacturer approved parts were ordered and the final repair was made in a very timely manner and best of all I have ice again! ABV office staff went above and beyond in writing up all documentation needed for my extended warranty claim. Very happy with the entire experience.
