We had a wonderful experience with Alex at Once Again Tech. We had a WiFi driver issue on a laptop and Alex kindly agreed to take a look at the laptop even though he couldn’t promise he’d be able to fix or even address the issue. He provided several options on how to address the issue and provided insightful information and solutions. You could tell that Alex cared about finding a solution that was affordable and worked for everyone involved, instead of being there just to make money off us. We would highly recommend Once Again Tech to anyone who has computer issues.

My friend and I came in to the store to get advice on my friend’s overheating PC. Alex helped us out and instantly told us what the issue was. He recommended what part to buy and that if we came back later in the day he would gladly help install it for us. We came back with the part around 5pm and it took him only 30 minutes to install the part. Not only that but he noticed my friend’s two front fans going out so he offered to replace them with ones he had already. He was very nice and very generous, I feel like I have finally found a reliable person to come to for advice on my PC and issues relating to it.

Fantastic experience. Sold an iPad I bought but didn’t end up using. Alex was great to work with. He’s good people. We talked and he gave me an honest, fair price over the phone. Zero sales BS. Helped me wipe it in the store too. The process was super easy. This is absolutely the place to go to sell your old electronics and other. I’ll be back for sure.
