I was so nervous due to my Thermador wall oven issues, which was already a burden to me for four days already. Thankfully, your technician came and immediately addressed my problem in a quick and very efficient manner. All in all, I was so satisfied and impressed. .

BUYER BEWARE. We need our Viking oven repaired. They overcharged us for the parts. Then they installed after-market parts that were substandard. These parts failed within a couple of months of the repair being done (under warranty). And we were unable to even reach them about this…much less get the repairs or refund we were owed.

This company did a great job fixing my cooktop that wouldn’t ignite. The technician clearly knew what he was doing, and I didn’t feel overcharged either—the price was very fair. Excellent service that I’d happily recommend to others!
