BUYER BEWARE. We need our Viking oven repaired. They overcharged us for the parts. Then they installed after-market parts that were substandard. These parts failed within a couple of months of the repair being done (under warranty). And we were unable to even reach them about this…much less get the repairs or refund we were owed.
I was so nervous due to my Thermador wall oven issues, which was already a burden to me for four days already. Thankfully, your technician came and immediately addressed my problem in a quick and very efficient manner. All in all, I was so satisfied and impressed. .
