We used Absolute Appliance to give us a diagnostic after another company from our home warranty company completely failed us. Tony our tech was super helpful in giving us a correct diagnosis that we can now use to fight with the home warranty company. We would highly recommend this company for friendly/ accurate and professional services.
Absolute Appliance is an honest and professional company. Excellence in service and knowledge of technician, especially Tony. He brought a second tech Miguel as they thought they may have to remove my Wolf cooktop, and together my Wolf range hood was repaired. The company representative who answered the phone and worked with me to schedule and reschedule my appointments couldn't have been nicer and efficient to work with my dates. Subzero Wolf customer service referred me directly to Absolute Appliance to perform and warranty or repair work on my appliances. They are truly the best company.
Tony came out to repair our microwave. Wasn't sure it was possible, given it was 19 years old. A new built in one with a trim kit for a high end kitchen would have been more than $2400. He was able to fix it for $300. This was the third appliance he repaired in our home over 6 weeks. Very capable, knows his stuff. Really helping us manage our aging but great appliances. Thanks Tony.
