Maria , who scheduled my appointment with Daniel and Roberto was so helpful and kind. She booked my appointment the very next morning. She was very friendly and helpful. Daniel and Roberto called me when they were on their way to my house which is always very much appreciated. When they arrived they were very professional and happy to answer any questions about cleaning the stains on my carpet. They were very thorough and cleaned my carpet to my satisfaction and it looks great. I will definitely call them if I ever need my carpet cleaned. I highly recommend Immaculate and they are very reasonable compared to other companies I called when looking .

Immaculate Restoration came through for us when we had a flood in our house. We called in the middle of the night on a holiday and someone showed up ready to work within 30 minutes. We were recommended to another company by our insurance company and they were almost three times the cost of what we charged by Immaculate Restoration. Everyone that worked in our house were professionals and got right to the job and they explained everything has they went along. I would highly recommend Immaculate Restoration as they were highly recommended to us. Our house flood covered three bedrooms, bathroom, closets and hall. These are only a few pics that I have taken.
