These guys are the very best. I needed to put a freeze free spigot in the paddocks behind my small barn.They came out together and had the difficult job completed in about 1.5 hours. They made the suggestion to put a "shut off " valve in the box should there be any problem with this spigot. Also suggested we diconnect all the hoses from their bibs during the winter. Friendly knowlegable with good advice. Many thanks. You did a terrific job.
Not reliable for non-emergency services. I waited in day after day, each time being rescheduled to the following day at the end of the service window. Finally got rescheduled to a weekend service window and the plumber called to say he “wasn’t driving that far unless it’s an active emergency”. So why schedule me? Wasted 3 days of my time and then ghosted. This isn’t AZ Best any more - do not recommend.
I have used ACE Home Services a couple of times for my vacation rentals, but was very disappointed by my last experience. They scheduled a plumber to come out on Saturday to unclog a toilet. I informed my guest, but no one ever showed up, nor did anyone call to say they would not be showing up. I called the next day and was again given an appointment window. Again, no one showed up and no one even called! I can understand that certain calls can take longer and needing to reschedule, but not even calling to let me know is really inexcusable. The fact that it happened twice, unfortunately, lets me know that it's just how they operate. After the service, I received a standard survey request and had a chance to speak to a representative for the company. She was cordial, but I did not get the sense that any steps would be taken to avoid this type of poor service in the future. Very sad.
I had a new furnace and thermostat installed and the ducts cleaned out in a 1000 sq ft Flagstaff home. The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Sol did a great job with the quote and decisions on what to install. Lisa and Tom did fantastic assisting me to coordinate services and payment through my escrow company, Joe and Bradley did an amazing job with the installation and such cleaning (and the ducts were super gross from the previous long term tenants). I feel so fortunate to have had a great team making my new-to-me home safe and warm. Thank you ACE!
Recently had two complete HVAC systems replaced at our home in Verde Santa Fe. First I appreciated the non pressure of the sales and management staff to make a decision and their patience with all our questions as well as concerns. The three man crew that came to do the job were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The total job was completed in two days, one system per day. Everything working perfectly. They cleaned up nicely too. I highly recommend ACE Home Services. (8/6/24) Adding to my review, ACE was the only company I spoke with that would install and warranty their work for a Mini-Split AC unit I purchased independently. Joshua Hogan, did an excellent job with the installation of the 24k BTU unit I purchased online. Joshua was one of the 3 installers on the main house installation. They all did excellent work and took any time needed to answer and questions, concerns or requests we had during the installations. Before the main house was done we were having a problem with small particles and what looked like pink insulation coming down from one of duct lines. After a duct cleaning the problem still continued, but slightly less. Technician Marshall crawled around in the very hot attic inspecting the duct run looking for an obvious hole. No luck. ACE offered to replace the whole duct run at a very reasonable cost and so they did. Upon inspection of the removed 50' of duct it was determined that the particles were actually particles of rust material flaking off the old A-coil. Problem solved! Thanks for pursuing the problem. I would not hesitate to call or recommend ACE and use any of the service staff. Our job was big and it was a pleasant, unstressful experience. We are very please. (8/22/24)
