Northland Plumbing

Northland Plumbing was outstanding. I had a leaky propane valve and a stubborn clog at my remote cabin, and none of it was straightforward. Weather conditions were rough, power was limited, and access wasn’t easy. None of that slowed him down. He showed up with great energy, stayed focused on doing the job right, and worked through every obstacle without complaint. The enthusiasm and professionalism he brought to a challenging situation really stood out. Everything was fixed properly, and I felt confident in the work when he was done. If you need someone reliable who doesn’t get rattled by less-than-ideal conditions, Northland Plumbing is the real deal.

While I cannot say that they do good or bad work. they have never actually showed up to work on our plumbing, I have tried to schedule 3+ times and either never gotten a contact back, or Today they never showed up or called about the scheduled appointment. Just left us sitting there all afternoon. We purchased a new home in Sedona 12-2-24. I called (left message) and submitted an online Service request the second week of December. Never got a return contact. Just before Christmas I spoke with Jerry, whom remembered the homes previous owner and they system he serviced, to get the water filters for the home replaced as they are way overdue. He said he would get the availability on the filters and call me back to schedule. I replied no problem, please just order all 4 of them and let me know when you can get to it. I called back Late January and left a message. No response I spoke with Jerry Monday 4-14, asked about getting the filter replaced, they are making noise and could possible have another issue. Jerry told me he would look up the parts availability and call me back in the afternoon. No call back Monday or Tuesday. I called and spoke to Jerry this morning (Wednesday) and he says he can be there with the filters in 1.5 hours. This was 10:30 am. I told him the name of the contact person at the house and he said no problem. Now it is 4pm and still haven't heard from anyone and no one arrived at the home. I have no idea if they do good service or bad, but if it is this hard just to get a call back or a service appointment that someone actually shows up to, I will just find someone else. It would have been nice to use the people that evidently installed and serviced the original system, but Im confident a new company will figure it out.

My experience was great! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The guys showed up and diagnosed the problem and made a correction to the dishwasher drain hose and the leak seemed to be corrected. A few days later, the leak issue came up again. The guys came back out and made a different correction as the new leak seemed to be a different cause than the first. The did not charge me for the return visit. As with any diagnostic, it may not have been perfect...we are all human after all. However, they were willing to stand up for their work and correct it without charge. That's solid customer service! BTW, the second trip, they came immediately after the call to them and they had to stay about 90 minutes to make sure it was perfect. I'll hire them for all plumbing needs in the future!

I have used Northland Plumbing many times before and I am very happy with their service. They are always on time, diagnosed my problem throughly, explained to me what was going on and even gave me several options of how I could solve my problems effectively. The last service I was pressured with the schedule due to my AirBnB customer arriving that day . Jerry the owner came up with a temporarily solution during their stay which absolutely was perfect and I did not have to inconvenience my customers at all . Then after check out, Jerry and his help immediately came to fix it for good. Jerry has been in the plumbing business for more than 30 years and one must say that he is a professional from old school I highly recommend Northland Plumbing especially since you will save time in having your problem diagnosed Thank you Jerry for all your help
