AAA Service Network

I had a water heater fail on me in 2024. It lasted me 8 years. I called up AAA to have them come install a new one and they did. Within 9 months it failed completely. I called to tell them the issue and they said they will replace the tank but the labor would cost me $900. I accepted the repair and it was installed May 2025. Now my water heater is broken again and leaking after another 9 months. Service tech comes out again and tells me it will be another $900 to get a new tank installed. I turned them down and went with another company. They sell garbage product that is not reliable and bill you to fix it everytime it catastrophically fails. Terrible service and business

We lost power late yesterday afternoon. Partial power no heat no lights in bathroom or bedroom no oven. I called today and someone came out within a few hours. James did a wonderful job. Told me everything I needed to know what had to be done and I would give them a five star rating. Very good service. The call was not good at all. When I first called. I got somebody that sounded foreign I could barely understand them and they didn’t understand what I was trying to tell him and they had someone call me. Tell me they were coming to fix my furnace and I told him I did not need my furnace fixed. I needed an electrician because my furnace worked fine and they had just checked it and serviced it a couple months ago so I knew I needed an electrician and that’s what they sent me and everything is just fine now thank you very much that girl on the phone. They need to replace her. She’s not good at all. James was excellent. I recommend them and I recommend James very highly. Thank you.
