Just had Mountain View Doors replace my 2-car and 1-car garage doors. Very happy with the end to end service. Follow-up and customer service was very evident from the onset of getting a quote through working through on the details of getting to finalizing my order. Expectations were clearly set on timelines for scheduling of installation. The installation team was very focused on ensuring the install went well and without any issues. Excellent customer service throughout.

My neighbor's truck bashed through my garage door at 8:30 am on 10/31. After calling multiple local garage door companies, only Dylan from Mountain View was able to show up same day and remove the damaged door so I could get my cars out. He then provided all the info I needed to give to my HOA and neighbor to urgently push through their approval for matching raised panel doors (the old doors were poor constructiin-grade quality). Five days later (2 days after HOA approval), the replacement doors were installed by Mountain View as promised!
