Had Mr. Electric come out to assess heating options for a room we recently converted. Jose was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk through everything with me. He even ran a few tests to help us think through the best solution. The quotes seemed fair and transparent. We’re still deciding, but will most likely move forward with them for the work. Great experience overall.
We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Electric. But particularly because of the electrician that came to our home, Robert Madej. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions and super thorough. he was able to find the solution in a timely manner, explain everything, and we really appreciated his work. Would recommend.
Robert was great to work with. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! We had a few outdoor heaters connected to their own breakers, and everything came out very clean. Thanks Robert!
What a nice experience, from the moment I booked my appointment, the informative process was easy. The technician Robert called early on the day of, arrived on time. He was well dressed with a clean work van. He did all of the pre inspection and did not do any work until my approval. He was cordial and knowledgeable. The quote was fair and work was completed in a timely fashion! Will use again.
Robert was EXCELLENT! He arrived promptly on time (11 am) and he helped drill some holes on the exterior and interior of the house. His works was quick, communicative, friendly, and above all: professional. Robert went above and beyond for me with some CAT8 cabling stuff, too. Five stars for Robert, and five for Mr. Electric!
