Positive overall experience getting my dryer fixed. There was some confusion after my initial assessment but things were made right and they offered a discount for the trouble. The tech, Ali, was very knowledgeable and helpful with additional questions I had about my laundry units and upkeep.

My dishwasher started giving an error code indicating a leak. Ali S and his associate were in my house the next morning (Saturday). Ali quickly found the problem and fixed it. We couldn't be happier with their service!

I got amazing, attentive service when they fixed my oven that wasn’t heating. They totally earned that five-star rating from me. Honestly, I feel lucky to have found them. Their professionalism is next level, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Anthony was excellent at explaining things, diagnosing and fixing our appliances! 8/22/24 I gave the above review before we ran the dishwasher, after a new control board was installed. When I started the dishwasher that evening it said water tap. A+ app came back out and told us it was a plumbing issue. We paid for a plumber to come out at $150 who said absolutely nothing was wrong with the plumbing and my husband witnessed the water flowing. Called Bosch Company technician out who said the control board was installed wrong and the cover for it was not installed. Bosch said they’d have to rewire the whole machine due to being installed wrong at a cost of $600 on us. We chose not to fix as the dishwasher became a sunk cost. So we paid a total $800.98 for service and merchandise for new control board, plumber service call and Bosch service call and don’t have a working dishwasher. I would never use them again and would advise you to not use them either!
