Adam was an exceptional diagnostician for our washing machine (covered through AHS) and even provided insight into other appliances (dishwasher) based on his 20+ years of experience. He is an extremely knowledgeable technician!! Would recommended him in a heartbeat!
Adam came out to assess what was wrong with the dishwasher and freezer, he was very kind and professional. Angelica was also kind and provided good advice. The company is responsive and communicative to American home shield and relays information quickly.
I should have read the reviews before hiring. Poor value and quality service. Hired the tech to repair a refrigerator. Tech diagnosed the issue and allegedly repaired, charging me $220. One week later still have similar issue. I reached back out to the tech to advise him of the issue. Not only did he sound intoxicated on the phone, he stated “I know exactly what the appliance issue is” and provided me with an additional price breakdown. How does he know exactly what the issue is if he claimed to have repaired the initial issue. In my opinion I believe the tech is padding costs on customers. Charging them to repair appliances (but not really correcting the issue) just so the customer can RE-hire. Be aware
