Avoid Alan and this scummy business. Imitation low-cost components sourced from China, pre-owned components from previous customers’ computers and mobile devices. This place is terrible, and the owner is a scammer who uses old or fake parts. He scammed us with my phone repair. I tried to get a refund just less than a month later. He denied that I was a customer in the past. The negative reviews are real. Do not look past them. Do not do transactions with this man. Do not trust this man. Alan is a complete liar and a total fraud. I would take him to court for all the lies and false advertisement but for the cheap service I paid for, it’s not even worth it. You get what you pay for is even too generous to say about this business. Complete Rubbish. Karma will get him.

Horrible place, horrible business owner. SCAMMER & USES OLD/FAKE PARTS. A LIAR, and A CONMAN He scammed us with my Apple iPhone battery repair battery and computer repair. Upon consulting, he reassured that he replaces the parts with brand new parts and that the iPhone will be replaced with authentic Apple battery. MY PHONE WOULDNT TURN ON A FEW DAYS. IT DID NOT EVEN LAST ONE WEEK. I got my phone repaired at Apple and I told them I just had the battery replaced for a new one. They inspected the battery and told me that the battery is used and came from a different iPhone due to the serial number/IMEI engraved on it. I called the owner and he asked for a receipt. I said I have no receipt because you didn’t give me one because he accepted payment through online transactions. I showed him that and he still denied that I had service done with him in the past as he states he can’t find any history with me as his customer in his books.
