I had an old Macbook Air which I had not backed up in over a year and it suddenly crashed. There was a lot of vital data on there. I went to the Genius bar, but they could not help me and didn't seem very interested. I was devastated. I went to Apple & Mac Solutions next. They said they would do their best, but it didn't look promising. A few days later, Manu called and said they had figured out how to salvage all my data. What a huge relief! My MacBook Air M1 (2020) suddenly died for no reason. I took it to the Genius Bar, was told that there's a liquid damage. Diagnostic fee would be $300+, and in the best scenario I'd need to pay another $800+ to replace the logic board and lose all my data. I went to Apple & Mac Solution in desperation. They spent a couple days diagnosing my laptop and told me there was no liquid damage at all. I let them continue with the repair, and my MacBook was back to life. All my data was there with half the money the Genius Bar quoted. This store saved my life! Definitely worth giving a try if you have a dead Mac and say Hi to Calli!

I am surprised there are any negative reviews for these guys. I cannot express enough what lifesavers these guys were for my wife. In a nutshell, our cats spilled a cup of water on my wife's new MacBook Pro. We brought it immediately to an Apple Store, but the store recommended it would be less expensive for us to just buy a new computer. Because my wife had not backed up her data, she was devastated. So for our second opinion we brought the computer into Apple & Mac Solutions and after taking a look, they were pretty certain they could not only save the data, but get the computer running like new. Manu and his crew were super helpful from start to finish when my 11 year old Macbook pro started to go on the fritz. They did some diagnostics and thoroughly walked me through my options for repair and upgrades on that outdated set up, but ultimately offered me a great deal on a barely used certified pre-owned mac that's a million times better than what I walked in with. They get amazing things in stock and my tech-y brother-in-law is quite jealous of what I walked away with. My $4k+ laptop got wet for the dumbest reason ever and wouldn’t turn on properly. Took it to Apple and they wanted $1,600!! Apple Mac Solutions diagnosed it within a day and gave me tiers of quotes based on how much I wanted to repair, all of which were significantly cheaper. They were kind, honest, professional, and quick. The longest part was having to wait for Apple to send specific parts in. I hope I don’t have to go back here for a long time but there’s no where else I will go again for computer repair.
