I have been very happy with the work of Hadi and his team. I had a water damage on my MacBookPro which destroyed the mother board. And some of my data where not copied elsewhere (I learned my lesson). Hadi has been very knowledgeable, explained very well what were my options and their associated costs, and kept me updated throughout the process. They could retrieve all my data which was the most important thing to me. They respected my choice of not repairing my device. I am very satisfied with the whole process, happy that I could have someone local rescuing my data, which gives the ability to come here and talk in person. And honestly their price are really good given what I have seen out there, or who Apple recommended me to talk to.

Here's my story. 1st, I noticed after printing just 1 page with a full charge on my laptop and little on the page, my laptop shows a notice saying it's got a very low charge. Happened repeatedly,. 2nd, I let the laptop charge all day and overnight - yet even after those 24 hours, was 2 percent charged only. I walked it over to Computerland. They checked the charging wires - all fine, I can take them home. They'd keep the laptop, check it out. Next day Computerland called, said the laptop looked like it needed a new internal battery. They'd have to order it. I said fine - without being at all happy about the delay ordering something would take. Next day, I think it was, I got a second call - battery had come, was installed, I can come over and pick it up. Wow. Laptop is as good as ever. I am even happier - because Computerland folks diagnosed, ordered a new part, and fixed my laptop so dramatically fast. Thank you ever so.
