I've been coming here for many many years and can't say enough about their excellent and prompt service, from major issues to small ones. I trust them implicitly, they are incredibly skilled at troubleshooting and eventually solving every issue i've had -- don't know what i would do without them!
We needed an old IDE hard drive cable asap that would have taken until next Wednesday to ship. MAC had the perfect adapter in stock so our project could move forward with relative ease. Thanks so much!
one word: EXCELLENT. My 15 year old computer, a Mac, died. I went to the Apple Store because I knew I needed a new computer, but I was hoping to just get data retrieval. But the people at Apple, although kind could not help me. We had other dealings with Mac Berkeley and they were always kind and successful and very patient. So I went back to them. They were able to recover my data from my poor little computer, clone it onto a hard drive and reassured me that everything would be OK. Not only that they are so supportive and are willing to do phone messages and appointments that I just can't say enough about the crew at this store. If you have any problems, these are the people to go to.
These people are helpful; they like to give advice; they’re not self important or arrogant. They clearly know a lot about Mac products. you don’t need appointment unless you really do. They’re not in business to sell you and sell you. You’re in business to give you good advice and help you out with your Mac, MacBook Pro, software or hardware. Great guys great job good prices.
