2nd Chance PC

Had some mild stick drift on my PS5 controller and sought help from these guys because it's a simple solution of cleaning the joysticks, but I personally do not have the tools at home to clean it myself or I would. Tell me why they assumed my being an older disabled woman meant that they could try to scam me out of over $200? FOR MINOR STICK DRIFT? No actual repairs needed, no parts replaced - just a standard cleaning of the joysticks. That's over twice what it costs for a brand new controller. I was able to get help from another shop entirely for only $25, and they told me that they have a number of customers who come to them after having been swindled by 2nd Chance. Apparently they upcharge anyone they decide they don't like on sight! ETA: Now they are lying and claiming I must be confused as if I haven't lived in Creswell for 20 years and don't know that there's ONLY ONE PC STORE IN TOWN, I didn't get you mixed up with ANYONE. I also never claimed to have purchased their service BECAUSE they tried to price gouge me. I don't give a rat's A what they claim to "normally" do - I went in, asked for a price quote, and the man at the counter told me $200 after talking with someone in the back that he claimed was the owner. Truly only a shady business would request a valid review of their poor service to be taken down. You won't find my name in your system because my name isn't literally Rob Pattinson, that's a TWILIGHT ACTOR. The desperation to think up an excuse instead of addressing the price gouging reported by myself and others? Typical shady Creswell activities. Discriminating against locals won't fly for long here.
