Disappointed with their service. They were eager to help my business at first... but after helping once they then never finished the job, never returned my phone calls and emails and I was ghosted. But sent a bill... unprofessional. Unfortunately I would not recommend to small businesses with issues.

Even though I could upgrade my laptop to Windows 11 myself, I chose to have The Nerd Stuff do it in case there were any issues. They handled it quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Very friendly service. I've used them several times over the years when they were known as Practical Computers at their Springfield location and have always had a good experience.
