I’m ecstatic about the help I received from Emerald Technology Group! I had a dual monitor issue that felt like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. Should have been an easy "plug and play" right? Not for me! Despite my tech cluelessness and vague descriptions, Daniel helped me out and tackled the problem with patience and expertise. He managed to decipher my tech mumbo jumbo without making me feel like a total novice. It's like he had a sixth sense for understanding tech struggles... plus the ease of the remote access probably helped too! The entire team at Emerald Technology Group (I've only met three or four so far) are knowledgeable, efficient, and are all around a great group of people. We recently switched from another IT company and the difference between their services, customer service and response times is outstanding! Setting up a ticket is easy and quick, and Jessica is such a pleasure to chat with! Charles helped me solve some issues on a laptop and I was blown away by his quick service, and response times answering questions. He would even shoot me an email if he couldn't call me at the time we set up! James helped me decide on a computer purchase knowing I was going to purchase the item myself not thru Emerald.
