Requested maintenance and was contacted in a timely manner to get me scheduled ithe day after next. Lyle showed up and was courteous and efficient. He checked both the inside and outside unit and was out well within an hour. Great local business with great customer experience.

After discovering Zip Air, I scheduled for them to come out and find a freon leak on my new ac system that was installed by a company not related to Zip Air. The original company came out 3 times since the original install in September, 2024. All they would do is put in freon and promise me they would schedule to fix it. They never did and now they are long gone and nowhere to be found. 2 Techs came out, diagnosed and had the leak found within a few minutes. The work performed is second to none. Daniel and Alex are amazing and have a respect and character that is rarely found today. They take pride in their work and kept me informed and in th... My thermostat went out a few weeks ago during one of the hottest times of the summer. I contacted Zip, the company I purchased my heating/AC unit from several years ago. Lyle and TJ, the owner, came out to help. They were honest, courteous, and professional. Their pricing was reasonable, which was truly a blessing. I sincerely appreciate the level of service I received and highly recommend Zip to anyone in need of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) support.
