Rick Ellis was very helpful and knowledgeable about his work. Going into something I knew nothing about he really helped me understand what to expect and what to know. Even drew it out for me to understand. I felt more confident about what I was getting myself into. Also, he has a great attitude and had plenty of energy. He seemed to really love his job. Rick Ellis came out to the house the same day we called to schedule for our tankless water heater that stopped working. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. We have worked with 3C Mechanical a few times and have always had great service.
