I did not enjoy my experience doing business with this company. They do not honor appointment times and do not care if they inconvenience you.This is not a client-oriented business. Save your money, they don’t even cover their warranties. It’s a shame, I like to support local businesses.

Long time customer: Jacobs cathey Great service & always on time! Have service contract -so twice a year they check out my old (25years) Monster of a Carrier air conditioner from top to bottom have had to repair small problems sometimes. Keeping us COOL in Summer and Warm if we need it.
