Ziegler Plumbing & Sewer

I recently purchased a business and was having issues with the grease trap. I was very pleased to learn that Ziegler Plumbing and Sewer had previously serviced the site and was already familiar with the history of the system. Ashley in customer service quickly confirmed that my location was an existing service site, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. James (I believe that was his name) was quick, knowledgeable, and already familiar with the property. He took the time to bring me up to speed on the service history, explain what had been done in the past, and walk me through how to properly maintain the system moving forward. He was thorough, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what was going on and how to correct the issue. From customer service to the technician, the entire experience was professional and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend Ziegler Plumbing and Sewer to anyone dealing with grease trap issues.

Had Chris out to the house to give me a quote for a hot water heater replacement. Super nice guy and very professional. He ended up quoting me roughly $1900 for the job. Shook hands and said he would have someone send me the quote the next day. Fast forward to the next day and the quote I get is nearly $900 more than what we shook on. In speaking on the phone now I’m being told there is a lot of “extra work” that needs to be completed. I’ve never written a review on a company in my entire life, but this just felt incredibly shady to me and has now also delayed me in being able to get it replaced. I would not recommend the company after this experience

I received my current monthly water bill and it was very expensive. I know I probably had a leak somewhere. 2 toilets had been running 24/7 since April. Rich from Ziegler came the same day I called. He diagnosed the problem right away. He told me I needed new components for the two toilets. They were able to get a guy out on Thursday, Oct 2. Dani was his name. He was so courteous, professional and changed the components in the toilets. Then checked the water meter to show me, no water was running. I appreciate the quality of people from the company and the great service they give. I hired them before and will only call Ziegler for my plumbing needs. Thank you.
