Mr Edgar the technician who came to service our heating system. Was awesome! He explained in detail what he did and showed me pictures of before and after he serviced our heating system.. Mr Edgar is very knowledgeable, and I was very satisfied with the work he did. Mr Edgar is polite and friendly I hope to see him again.
I have been a customer of the Cooling Company for over 7 years. They have done my service twice a year and very recently I purchased a new Lennox Air Conditioner and Furnace. From the friendly office staff to the very helpful Manager and the installers, this company is Great! They are so professional and knowledgeable, they could not have made the process more easy. Their prices are fair and the installers were long time employees and their expertise was evident. They also cleaned up from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.
Edgar was the technician. Arrived on time and was very polite. He went about his job and completed it efficiently. Before leaving he gave a great description of the work he did and answered any questions I had. Overall, outstanding service.
Had my winter check on my AC unit and Edgar the service tech is great. He asked me if I had any questions, he showed me pictures from his iPad showing me the condition of my unit. Explained the photos he is very knowledgeable and friendly, professional and I always appreciate that. I even got a text message when he was on his way . I highly recommend this company ! The Cooling Company is a very honest and reliable team. They took the time to walk us through our options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing our system. We never felt pressured—just well-informed. They made sure we were comfortable with our decision, and the installation was completed smoothly in just one day. We really appreciated their professionalism, transparency, and quality of work. Highly recommend! Just wanted to add to my previous review—this time for the air duct cleaning service we received from Cyrus and Isaiah. They were extremely thorough and professional, and also just genuinely nice people. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful tips, and were very honest throughout the process. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made the experience just as great as when we had our AC/HVAC unit replaced. It’s clear that The Cooling Company has a solid team, and Cyrus and Isaiah are truly valuable members of it. Highly recommend them for any service!
