Where do I even begin?! After getting a jaw-dropping quote from a big-name competitor on a Saturday morning, I decided to give Lee’s a call—and I’m so glad I did. From the very first conversation, Jayson and his team were absolute professionals. Highly recommend! They came out same day, diagnosed, and was able to fix. Ray was great, he explained and showed me everything in detail which is great for somebody like me who doesn’t always trust contractors. He also did not try to upsell me on something I didn’t need which I really appreciated. Repairs were a very fair price. When it’s time to replace my unit, they are definitely who I will call.
