I am a new customer to Yakima Automotive Inc. I sure wish I had found them ages ago. I found them to be friendly, professional and expedite! It's the best service I have ever had. I highly recommend them.

My car was giving me trouble and it was the crankshaft position sensor. I first took it to quick lube and they replaced it and within a few months my car started acting up again so I went back to quick lube but they didn't have record of them changing the sensor and unfortunately I lost the receipt of the work they did so I decided to go somewhere else. Then took it to Alan Silva auto repair and supposedly they fixed it. Then again in a month it started doing the same thing and it was the same problem with the crankshaft position sensor and after like $1,500 supposedly it was fixed but nope it wasn't. Then by luck I came across this shop and decided to give them a try. When I called Sarah was very helpful and friendly. The guys at the shop were also very nice and were able to get my car working again. They also found other problems that no other mechanic has noticed. I totally recommend Yakima Automotive. I tried to go somewhere "cheap" but in the end I spend more money and they didn't even fix the problem.

I drive an older 2012 Jeep liberty (KK 4x4) that was displaying the dreaded "check engine light". "Transmission failure" is something NO ONE wants to hear, but this was my reality. The team at Yakima Automotive took my concern and worked to get me a gently-used transmission within my price-range and installed it clean without any issues. Now the Jeep drives smoother than when I got it. 5-stars!
