The entire team did such an amazing job, from the initial call, to the Air Force Veteran that initially came out to our house, the awesome installation team who had to shovel IN to my house due to snow and STILL have to park in the road, all the while of putting heat back into our home. Our gas furnace decided to stop working on the Saturday morning that the big winter snow storm with below freezing temps was moving in. We scrambled to get anyone over to help us. One company walked in and after just one second of realizing what type of unit we had told us he couldn’t repair it and that we needed a full replacement!?!?!? We knew we needed a second opinion. We couldn’t have been any more lucky to have Jy Walker assigned to our service repair call on Sunday. He called us to let us know his eta. He arrived at our door prepared with tools and boot covers. He inspected our unit and fully explained what he believed the issue was. Unfortunately the damaged part is something that could only be ordered. However, Jy was able to get the unit up and running and producing heat. He ordered the part and we are waiting for it to come in so he can install it. And thanks to Jy, we are able to keep the house heated in the meantime.
