I recently bought a DJI mini 3 pro on EBay. Not having any experience in flying drones, I contacted Priority 1 to check over the drone & controller. Nathan was very helpful with that and gave me a tutorial that got me flying. Super helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend Priority 1 and their staff.
Drone 1 got my drone back working again. From the start when I came into the shop the tech was very professional and very courteous. I appreciate that this whenever I do business. Once my drone was fixed he called me letting me know it was ready. He not only made sure my initial issue was taken care of, but he also went over and beyond to take care of my propellers for me. Definitely would recommend them and I've already told one of my friends who flies drones about them.
I had a crash with my DJI phantom 4 pro, and the service from Priority 1 Drone was second to none. Because I was kept informed every step of the way as to the status of my drone. I could have chosen a local repair service, in which I did, but that repair shop tried to sell me another drone. One more thing, the return care and packaging was excellent too. see photos of my drone and controller...thank you Priority1
