We called to scheduled a date/time to have a plumber come out and look at a few items. Receptionist attitude wasn’t pleasant w/ my husband. However, we scheduled and The plumber was to show up between 800-1100am. Noon rolls around and no one showed up, no phone call, no text! I called and come to find out that the plumber was on “another job” and they haven’t heard from him all day! People have jobs and take time away from their jobs for these scheduled appointments. No call, No show is very inconsiderate and shows how you truly feel about customers. Geez, you would think that I f you charge $135/hr the least you could do is have better customer service! We cancelled the appointment and scheduled w/ someone else!

Updated. The repair I had done on the heat was still under warranty and had problems less than a 1 year later. The company they use was closed due to Covid so they won't warranty the work or the parts. I think that's very poor business practice. I won't be using them for my heating needs in the future. I'll be getting my new system from someone else. Something that should have cost them a few hundred dollars to warranty will now cost them over $8000 due to not honoring warranty work.
