Would have zero hesitation working with Al and his team again! Pros: reasonably priced, no hidden fees, flexible, experienced, informative, and customer focused Cons: took a couple attempts to reach by phone (but worth the effort), may have to order parts for large jobs (which can take a while) When my HVAC died, Al came over and took a look. He spent the whole hour of the service call testing my system and reviewing the pros/cons of different fixes. I never felt like he was trying to upsell, rather he usually focused on the simplest/cheapest fix. I decided to replace the entire system, so he had to order one, which did take a few days. The system arrived early and he worked my job in a few days ahead of schedule. The replacement was quick and painless. As a bonus, it cost almost half of what one of other big names in town quoted me. Ultimately, I would highly recommend them to others!
