Fast response and fixed the issue at a great price! I was worried I would have to replace the entire unit bwcause it was leaking through the floor. Luckily, the only issues were the interior HVAC unit needed to be cleaned out and freon topped off. Great service, great price.

They worked diligently to ensure our unit was in proper working order, walked us through the process of getting the new unit. They're professionalism and craftsmanship were impeccable. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get a new unit or if you are having some heating and cooling issues. Very punctual and efficient!
Fast, friendly service. They cut live control circuit wire on installation of a heat pump which blew a fuse in the attic. Did not clean up insulation dropped into livingroom when they went up to replace fuse. Other than that, would do business again.
I hired Jeff and his team to install a ductless mini-split system in my converted garage in July of 2020. All went well. The system worked perfectly until May/June of 2022. It was a hot spell and I just assumed it couldn't keep up with the cooling for that few weeks. I finally called in July 2022 for service. The first person who came, said it's just the high temperatures overworking it. I called again in August. A different person came and said the compressor was out. He ordered me a new one. When he came to install it, he said there was a broken valve that would need to be ordered. I heard NOTHING after that. I called THEM a couple of times to check on things and was told it was back-ordered. I was told they would call the warehouse to check on it and call me back. Nobody ever did. I was totally ghosted after October. It is now February. I haven't heard a word from them. I have not had heat or A/C in that space since LAST MAY. Found someone else to fix it only to be told that it was installed incorrectly. Tied the electrical into the same disconnect box as the central house unit. I have to get that updated in order to have a final working unit. We teach in that space. Children occupy that area on a daily basis. I have a space heater going all day to make it bearable. Communication is VITAL in any small business. Your customers need to be informed. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Called for an estimate from ITS, never mentioned there would be a service charge. Received a bill 3 months later past due and called to ask why was I never told that there would be charge during the service call and the owner Jeff stated," You should know it's not free". REALLY??? well I received another visit before he came w/Rick's Comfort Solutions and there was no charge. Poor customer service!!!
