The first time I called Rick was a couple years ago when a compressor went out on my walk in cooler at my restaurant. Rick was there within a couple hours, had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes of getting there, ordered the new compressor and installed first thing the next morning. He saved me thkusands of dollars in food. Ive been using Rick ever since for business and home and its always the same quick, professional service. I would highly recommend Rick for any heating and air or refrigeration needs. If I could give more stars I would. You don't find many places anymore that do a good job, care about their work and treat people with respect. Rick and his crew do EVERYTIME. I dont trust anyone else in my home or business.

Great service! I’m from Portales and I’ve called every single HVAC outfit here and they all either stood me up or never answered the call. Rick’s was very professional. I called in the morning around 8:30 a.m. and they had a technician show up around 11:00 a.m. he had my heater running great and checked the house for any toxic gas within an hour. Get guy as well! Very professional and explained everything I asked and then some. Daniel is his name. 5 stars !

We have a standing annual contract with Rick's. Usually, we have a good experience. Today, our experience has been less than stellar They were scheduled to come out at 8 am this morning. We have had this appointment since they did not appear the previous week. Today, they were a no-show no-call. We called at 9:16 am and were told the guy was meeting with a supplier and then would be here. We called back an hour later and asked to speak with the owner. Kimberly raised her voice so much so I could not comprehend what she was saying,. Then she hung up on me. After calling back to leave a voicemail for Richard Anderson, the owner, Kimberly then called back 3 times.We answered the 4th call, she disputed the fact that she yelled at us which indicated that she listened to the voicemail. Then she hung up again while I was trying to explain the issue. No one bothered to call and tell us that no one was showing up. We have to make preparations in order for contractors to do their work and make sure we are here. People need to take time off work and move their schedules. Ultimately, our time was not respected. The employees are typically great under most circumstances. However, Kimberly just totally surprised us with her behavior.
