WT Anderson Roofing & Siding

WT Anderson Roofing & Siding is a Class Act Roofing Contractor. I looked them up on the BBB site, and I was pleased with what I read about them, I then contacted them to set up an in-person meeting for a free estimate. Mr. Hector Miranda, Project Manager, reached out to me and we established a meeting at my home. He introduced himself, told me a little about himself, the company, and all that they offer. Mr. Miranda then took his ladder off his truck and climbed up on the roof to take measurements and pictures. I also showed him the inside of my home while it was undergoing repairs from a fire that happened a year ago (we're renting a home until the house repairs are completed). He recommended some repair work and a complete roof replacement. He then took his time to explain the process, the various options, & features. He was very knowledgeable and thorough while walking me through the steps and provided me with a folder filled with colorful pages detailing all the option packages available for me and my wife to review and decide. After a few days, Mr. Miranda provided me with an invoice proposal. In addition, WT Anderson is Veteran and Active Duty Military friendly. Mr. Miranda is also a Navy Vet so he totally gets it. They offer a Military Discount as well as an additional rebate if we choose the GAF Warranty. It just so happens I am a Navy Vet, so it worked out well. My wife agreed with the proposal and we agreed on a date to start the work. It only took 2 days and they were done. Mr. Miranda reached out to me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. I stopped by my home the other day and checked out their handy work. I took some pictures and showed them to my wife. They did a superb job. I recommend WT Anderson. They're fair, compassionate, and they deliver.

Bottom line up front, you will not find a better home exterior class A contractor in Hampton Roads period. We received 5 estimates for our siding, fascia, soffit, and gutter replacement and W.T Anderson stood out amongst the rest for their value, honesty, and professionalism. Save yourself time and money and make W. T. Anderson your first and only estimate. W. T. Anderson was a class act from my initial interaction with their estimator Jonathon, to our visit to their showroom where Marcie helped us find our final design. Marcie was very kind and patient because we were ALL over the place with our design and she was a big help in giving us some design ideas. While Marcie was helping us on the computer, the owner’s wife, Mae, offered us drinks and my kiddos a snack. She even dropped what she was doing to hunt a sample of siding they didn’t have in their showroom from a storehouse of their’s down the road! Simply put, they all were very kind and professional. Once we got the design finalized and we signed the contract, they provided a very detailed email that stated the exact start date and the no later than date the project would be finished and they delivered on both dates. Their installation crew led by Dennis was very professional, punctual, kind, and efficient. They did a thorough cleanup of their work area each day and upon project conclusion you would have never known they were there with how well they cleaned up after themselves. Their installation project manager Jasmine was attentive and informative and always kept us informed of the project progress from start to finish. In closing, I’ve hired many contractors throughout my life for various projects, but I’ve never been as impressed as I am with W. T. Anderson. Literally, every interaction I had with this company from start to finish has been phenomenal. Their workmanship speaks for itself as demonstrated in the attached before and after photos.
