Lori provided excellent customer service when scheduling my appointment and keeping me updated with the Tech’s arrival. Noah was efficient and very professional. We had a little issue with a previous installation and Danny was kind enough to give me a call and clarify some missing details. Highly recommended 👍🏾

My 19 year old heat pump was failing and could not be updated. I called Danny, the owner of Fair Mechanical, because of a recommendation from a friend. He was there within 2 hours, did a thorough assessment of the situation, and gave me three options. I chose the high efficiency unit (which cost more) because of an available rebate. The unit was installed within a week. Matt (a wonderful young man), also instructed me in programming and setting the thermostat. I am very pleased with the installation, the price, and the crew I dealt with. I would highly recommend Fair Mechanical. They are trustworthy, and efficient. I am happy I found them.
After calling around and getting different qoutes, I ended up going with Fair Mechincal because they had better pricing, higher quality units, and they actually seem to enjoy the work of HVAC. After everything was installed, I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew who did the install was friendly, polite, and wasn't afraid to answer any questions I had. Ultimately, everything turned out very clean and my HVAC is working like a charm.
