Charleston Auto Repair

I had broken down on the side of I 26 not knowing what was going on with my car. I have car shield warranty so I had my car towed to Charleston Auto repair so that they could figure out what was wrong with my car. The next morning Before 9 AM they had already called me with my results as to what was wrong with my car. They told me the pricing which was very reasonable, but at the time I did not have the full funds. They were able to work with me. I paid half the day of and they were letting my car stay till the next week to pay the other half for pick up. I recently had my car serviced at the Charleston Auto Repair shop, and while the actual repair seemed fine, I was really put off by the way one of the mechanics spoke to the other staff. There was a lot of yelling and what seemed like unnecessary criticism. It created a really uncomfortable atmosphere in the waiting area, and honestly, it made me question the overall quality of the shop. A respectful workplace is important, and what I witnessed made me hesitant to recommend this place.

What an amazing team!! The kindest, knowledgeable people in the business. Call and set an appointment, you will not be disappointed. They explained every repair they were doing, and communication was spot on. The only place I will bring my Ellie to from now on. Thank you all for your kindness today!!
