Charleston Auto Repair

I recently had my car serviced at the Charleston Auto Repair shop, and while the actual repair seemed fine, I was really put off by the way one of the mechanics spoke to the other staff. There was a lot of yelling and what seemed like unnecessary criticism. It created a really uncomfortable atmosphere in the waiting area, and honestly, it made me question the overall quality of the shop. A respectful workplace is important, and what I witnessed made me hesitant to recommend this place.

I had broken down on the side of I 26 not knowing what was going on with my car. I have car shield warranty so I had my car towed to Charleston Auto repair so that they could figure out what was wrong with my car. The next morning Before 9 AM they had already called me with my results as to what was wrong with my car. They told me the pricing which was very reasonable, but at the time I did not have the full funds. They were able to work with me. I paid half the day of and they were letting my car stay till the next week to pay the other half for pick up. That was truly amazing, and I was very grateful that they were able to work with me because of my financial situation. I most definitely will be back for any future repairs that I have and I would 100% recommend anyone to use them.
