Wolde Flooring

I am less than pleased with the quality of work that Wolde Flooring provided! They installed carpet that had been rained on, carpeted over an air return, scraped paint off of a baseboard in the bathroom, and left dust/trash in the house and debris in the yard. When I expressed concern to Danny Wolde about the possibility of mold developing from the wet carpet, he became irritated and dismissive, stating that the carpet could get wet from a shampoo as well. However, I told him that I wanted him to at least provide some fans to dry it out at which point he just said he would refer me to his customer service manager, Katie, to come out and inspect. The workers were nice, but the language barrier was problematic. In the end, they did dry out the carpet for us, cut a hole for the vent cover, and gave us a minimal discount for our trouble.
